"I want to make sure I am transparent with my girls, and so, I went ahead and had my own boudoir session done! Being a client is completely different from photographing it, mainly because of the vulnerability I had in those moments. I am generally a very self-conscious person, always have been. But I am determined to have 2024 as my year to love myself, my body included. Seeing myself through a camera lens, in such a sexy, safe place, was amazing. I have photos that I am absolutely OBSESSED with and allowed the photographer to post them. I have been feeling myself, loving myself a little easier since getting that session done. I actually am already thinking about when I should do another one. I understand the vulnerability, the trust, and the comfort that has to go into doing such a session. Allowing it, from a client perspective, helped my fucking self-confidence go through the damn roof!"
